Photo checklist

1. Stand near a window in indirect daylight.
2. Use a front-facing photo without filters or portrait-mode color effects.
3. Keep your face evenly lit and avoid colored walls reflecting onto skin.
4. For the first pass, minimize strong makeup and choose visible natural hair where possible.
5. After loading, confirm the cheek, hair, and iris sample points manually.

The result changes between photos

This usually indicates different lighting or automatic camera white balance. Retake both photos in the same daylight position and compare the quality warning shown below the preview.

Paid-service intake

After purchasing, email your PayPal receipt ID and the requested photos to [email protected]. Use a private share link if the files are large. Do not send unrelated sensitive documents.

Response target
