- Stand near a window in indirect daylight.
- Use a front-facing photo without filters or portrait-mode color effects.
- Keep your face evenly lit and avoid colored walls reflecting onto skin.
- For the first pass, minimize strong makeup and choose visible natural hair where possible.
- After loading, confirm the cheek, hair, and iris sample points manually.
The result changes between photos
This usually indicates different lighting or automatic camera white balance. Retake both photos in the same daylight position and compare the quality warning shown below the preview.
Paid pack activation
The $19 Personal Palette Pack and $49 Wardrobe Color Review are generated locally from the palette result in your browser after activation. The license check sends only the activation code and product name; your photo, sampled colors, and palette result are not sent to the license service.
Prepare the free current palette report before payment. Payment links appear in the analyzer only after a high-quality current photo result includes capture conditions, manual sample confirmation, a specific shopping decision, human review notes, and rights and privacy confirmation. The $49 option also requires a defined wardrobe-review scope.

Support messages are normally reviewed within two business days. Email [email protected] and include your PayPal receipt ID only when an activation or download issue needs to be matched.
Do not email photos, sampled colors, palette results, identity documents, health information, card or bank details, account credentials, or unrelated personal records. A browser name, device type, activation error, and short description are normally enough.
