Your photo stays in your browser.

The free ColorFitAI analyzer uses browser APIs to read the photo you choose. The photo and sampled pixels are not uploaded to ColorFitAI, stored on our server, or attached to analytics. Refreshing or closing the page clears the working session.

Information you choose to send

If you contact support or purchase a paid pack, the payment provider and your email service process the information needed to complete that request. Do not send identity documents, medical records, or unrelated sensitive information.

Paid downloads are generated locally from the current browser result after activation. The activation request sends only the code and product name to the license service; it does not send the photo, sampled colors, or palette text.

Payments

PayPal processes checkout information under its own privacy terms. ColorFitAI does not receive your full card or bank credentials.

Minimal technical logs

Our hosting provider may keep standard security and delivery logs such as IP address, browser type, requested path, and timestamps. We do not use the free analyzer to build biometric templates or infer identity.

Questions and deletion requests

Use the support page and include the email address used for the request. We can address information in our own support records, but payment-provider records remain subject to that provider's policies and legal obligations.
